My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Karnataka,India
I had joined Tech Mahindra with fake certificates. My manager gave me low rating due to which I was asked to resign. I did not get work for 1 yr. People don't take me even after I clear all technical rounds. I have attained coding contests and scored ranks 30-90 among 20000 applicants which included people from IITs and IISC. My codes passed all test cases, that means, were 100% correct,
I completed 70% of work. My work was divided against name of 3 people- manager's, another person and mine. Manager told that I do 80%of the work good and 20% he has to do in code review. Initially I did not compile code, so he may have done something. But later I tested the code. The environment is same as coding contests. You are given the description and you have to code. When I can do so good in coding contests, why can not I do in tech Mahindra.
Manager has not written a single piece of code though he was supposed to.
I want to file a case for wrongful termination and demand compensation for 1 yr of joblessness
But what will happen when court discovers that I joined with fake experience letters?
