My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Kansas
I received a ticket for failure to use my turn signal. I was going to apply for diversion (basically traffic school), which has to be done within 14 days of receiving the ticket, and noticed that the ticket does not have any date or time info on it - the fields for that on the ticket were left blank. Also, the signature lines for both myself and the officer do not have date fields. My questions are: (1) in Kansas, is an undated ticket still valid? If so, (2) will the fact that it was undated be factored into the decision to grant diversion, since I didn't apply on time? Thank you!!
