My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio
I don't think this is in the right section, but I couldn't think of where else to post. My ex and I share joint legal custody of our daughter. Our time share is 70/30, with the bulk of my daughter's time spent in my care. We went to court last year due to my ex's boyfriend (current? ex? Who knows!) - he was convicted of an OVI hit and run with my daughter in the car, child endangering, etc which I used in our custody case as mom refused to cut contact with him and lied to me about the situation. There was a ton of other allegations against him that were never raised in court because we settled in mediation. Part of this settlement included a no contact order between him and my daughter. The custody agreement states that mom acknowledges that he is a danger and will not be around my daughter in any direct way, including phone calls, etc. If he is around our daughter, it is cause for an emergency order and a custody modification. Mom and BF share a child as well, so I know that my daughter will see him during drop offs, etc. but the spirit of our decree is that mom keeps her away from him.
I know that mom has not been following this, and that she is instructing my daughter to lie about her contact with this man. I have not been able to get solid proof, and I refuse to interrogate my daughter, but I know that he is spending significant time with them. Recently he started a recovery business with a few of his rehab friends - okay, great. Glad he is getting help. However, he has my daughter listed, by name, as his own child in the bio of their website.
Is there anything I can do to have this removed? He is literally not allowed any contact with our daughter, and this infuriates me to no end.
