My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: South Carolina and i want to know. Do i get backpay for an appeal i win. I've been following the weekly requirements and filing weekly claims. The issue i appealed was a wage demand issue. How long do i have to wait if i am eligible for the back pay? And will i still receive the back pay if i stop filing weekly certifications because i just started working this week?
