My question involves defamation in the state of: Louisiana
My ex-in-laws are going onto facebook saying I'm hacking into their accounts. They are calling me names, posting where I live, and telling people I need my butt beat. People are commenting bad things about me.. This is a small community. My in-laws have done everything in their power to ruin my name in this town. Is there anything I can do to stop them? Can I sue them for defamation or liberal?
