My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Tennessee
My legally parked car was hit in the front end by what i thought was an unknown party. I found out later in in the night after my fiances grandfather got home from work that he did it. Is this a hit and run.
There is damage to my car. The front bumper has minor cosmetic damage and the grill is completely destroyed. I just want his insurance to cover the damages.
