So say someone sent $4k cash to make a payment to a bookie In Las Vegas.
When the bookie received the cash it was clear the package was opened and packaged back up and nothing was taken.
Does law enforcement have the means to open a FedEx or UPS package in transit? Assume the package was signature required and didn't sit on a doorstep anywhere.
Has anyone heard of this type of thing happening?
