Hey everyone, I just got a speeding ticket in PA. I happen to have 2 middle names. On the ticket the officer gave me under the defendants name he wrote one of my middle names as my last name and didn't write my last name at all. Later under the owners information, my last name is correct. He also listed my car as a 2 door, black Ford Focus. I drive a 4 door blue Ford Focus. It was dark and it possible he could have seen a different car that looked similar to mine. I could have been speeding as well but I'm not sure.
Anyway, I'm just wondering with those 2 large errors if it would be worth fighting the ticket. Thanks.
