My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia, my son and his friend were driving their own vehicles on same road well the cop pulled the friend over so my son pulled over in the same parking lot to wait for the friend well the cop had the friend call my son to the cop car and gave him a speeding ticket as well even though my son was never made to pull over or stop is this even legal
