My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Florida
Hello, I am building a dental office and I am thinking on placing Video with audio cameras through out the office just for safety of patients and employees. Employees will be advised of the cameras but I have a couple of questions:
1. Can I still place them in the operatory rooms?
2. I will have a sticky on the door with "video surveillance 24hrs".
Is that enough?
Just making sure we do it right before it's all done.
