My question involves personal property located in the State of How do I get my motorcycle back from mechanic that moved my bike to a undisclosed location and has kept it for 5 years.. won't give back till he finishes and something else keeps coming up stopping him from finishing.. And refuses to give bike back.. what can I do in California
