My question involves paternity law for the State of: ohio
Inquiring for a friend. 13 years ago he found out his girlfriend was pregnant. When the child was born, he signed the birth certificate and supported mother and child even after they broke up. 6 years later he filed for custody as the mother was hooked on drug. At that time they did a DNA test and found out he was not the father. The mother never removed his name from the birth certificate and he is still paying child support. What actions does he need to do to get this resolved as the mother of the child is not be cooperative and wants the child support.
