My Parents Are Unmarried and I Am 16 Years Old, I

i am 16 years old and my parents are unmarried, i am currently living with dad, but i want to move and live with my step mom bc living with my mom or dad, is very hard for me mentally, if my dad says yes i can move, but my mom says no i cant move, can i still move with my step mom.
