My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Ohio
My father lived and passed away in Ohio. I'm the oldest and only son and born out of wed lock. My father then married and had 2 girls with another woman. Then my father and his spouse got a divorce about 10 years ago. He has no will and we live in Ohio. Do I or any of my half sisters have claim to his property? Do I need to do anything to insure that all his assets, estate, property and belongings are divided equally?
