Eviction Process: I Gave My 45 Day Notice to Move After I Received a 3 Day Notice, Does This Matter

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California
I received a 3 day notice to pay or quit from my apartment and I offered a solution to my landlord to pay off what I owe. He first said he would think about it but then via email he responded saying he would NOT accept it. Out of fear and feeling cornered/manipulated to leave (as most of this was my landlords partners doing as she has never liked me) and not fully understanding my rights as a tenant without a lawyer, I then offered another solution to just move out in 45 days (from the date I received the notice) and still pay him what I owe as to not have to take things further with an eviction. He never responded to my statement- All of this was done via email... Shortly after, I was served with an Unlawful detainer eviction. I responded in the 5 days allotted through the courthouse and I just found out my court management conference date is scheduled for the end of April 2018 (its currently mid Jan 2018)...

QUESTION #1
Does 45 day notice I gave in email at the time of the 3 days notice still hold barring or can I stay longer till I find a place to move to?
~In all reality, I wasn't served with the UD until the day after Christmas and due to weekends and holidays, it wasn't until a week or so ago that my response was made to the courts (but still in the appropriate time according to law) so now its mid-jan and 45 days would be up in about 2 weeks from now and its unrealistic for me to not only find a place to move but to financially be able to do that in this timeframe.

I dont want to make anything worse for me by the time I have to go to court. I plan to move ASAP as continuing living here with the landlord and his partner downstairs is very uncomfortable so the sooner I can leave the better but I just want to be sure that legally I can have more time to find a place to leave past the mention of the 45 day notice I originally gave.

I HAVE ONE LAST QUESTION:
How do I go about getting my "Records Sealed" as to not have this appear on my record?

THANK YOU!
