I worked for an employer that contract jobs from other companies. I have worked on two assignments at the same time from 2-10 using two different computer screens at the same time. I was only getting paid for the original assignment I was hired for and once I started working on the second job I was told that the pay remains the same because its on the same payroll. Is that legal?
