My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Illinois
I got served a speeding ticket last night for doing 75 in a 55. When I looked at the ticket this morning I saw that they issued the ticket to my step father ( his name is on the title of the car) and not to myself. It has all of his information on it height, address, license #, etc. Is this ticket worth fighting? Im not sure I want to plead guilty to the ticket because he works for public works and cannot receive any tickets
