My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas
Tried to file Eviction but Judge stated dismissed because I didn't have a Lease with Tenant. Previous Owner, whom I cannot reach, had Lease.
Previous Owner defaulted on Contract for Deed. Tenant there several months without paying, outside with trash, has pit bulls so I cannot enter.
How do I remove legally? Thank you.
