My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: north Carolina.my Father past away 6 months ago. He put land in are name And he allways told us boys that he would leave some hunting items And so forth. And his wife told my unkle Over the phone.that he left everything to her. And I live in columbus Ohio. And I'm the oldest of his 2 of children. What can i do about
