My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: PA
Good day everyone I have a legal question for the experts here. Recently I have gotten a ticket for not properly stopping at a stop sign. My question is do I have a chance of getting the ticket dismissed based on several factors? The intersection at which the stop occurred has no marked stop line or crosswalk, the intersection is also blocked by trees making it difficult to see on coming traffic. What happened is that I did not stop before the sign, I stopped about half a car length after the sign without entering the intersection so I could have a clear view of traffic. Is this something I should fight or just pay the fine and deal with the insurance increase?
