My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Michigan with parental alienation. The father enrolled my son in counseling with a therapist working with him against me. He involved the courts and the therapist recommended my parenting time be totally suspended. How can I prove conflict if interest? Should I challenge the therapist as a witness? I am probation per due to financial hardship. I haven't seen or spoke to my 13 yr old son in months.
