My question involves marriage law for the State of: Montana. My girlfriend is 17 and pregnate I'm 18. Is it possible to get married without parental consent? We both want to get married and raise our baby together. However her father posses a huge threat to our family. Is there a way to do this without his permission. She does not have a legal mother.
