My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: texas
For some reason im being told i dont have a case against the leasing owner of a location i recently worked at. You see my prev employer did not renew lease and since my i jury occurred on the priperty im lookong to sue for negligence. I was using the businesses toilet and the toilet from the base came undone. The bolt that is suppose to keep the toilet sturdy was no longer holding put. So the toilet tilted and i banged my head on the stall and fell over. I was concussed and have been having issues with my back and head ever since the issue. Im being told by a lawyer that withojt proof the toilet was reported to have issues i can not sue for negligiance. Maintenance never repoeted it and tgis freak accident has left me in disarray. I know i have a case but may not know the angle i should proceed in. Please help.
