My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Arizona
I am the currently serving trustee for a deceased relative's trust.
I didn't think there would be any need for probate, as I thought all of the deceased's assets were placed in her revocable trust.
She never named her trust as an additional insured on her homeowner's insurance, and there is a small ($250) refund payable due to cancellation of insurance after the sale of her home.
Is there an expedient manner in which to cash this check?
My brother and I are the only beneficiaries of the trust.
Thank you in advance.
