If I speak with my attorney about a matter, that convo is subject to attorney/client privilege.
If I speak with my father about a matter, and neither of us are licensed attorneys, that convo is not subject to attorney/client privilege.
If I speak with my father about a matter, and there is a licensed attorney in the room at the time, is that convo subject to attorney/client privilege?
