I was given a ticket for selling alcohol to minor while i was on F1 visa. I hired a criminal attorney and he got the case dismissed under nolle prosequi. Currently i am on H1 b visa and planning to go for stamping. On DS-160 there is a question: "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?". What should be my answer here?
I was not finger printed or taken to police station. They just gave me a citation ticket and asked to appear in court. My attorney went to court, i didn't even went to court.
