Credit / Debit Card Fraud: Ex-Girlfriend Charged $6500 on My Credit Card

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

My ex-girlfriend had a bipolar[?] event when we where in Europe: We broke up, all seemed well, then she posted lies to Facebook that I was abandoning her in Europe and that I had done other things that I had not. It was fun to get common friends / family involved in this way. She texted my daughter information that no daughter should know. She also beat me up with a wine bottle (nose fracture)

Even though she did all of that I really was trying to help her get back the USA--however, she refused to get on the airplane. I was going to arrange travel for her, but when I landed in USA she told me her dad had bought her another ticket.

Yesterday, I found out she used a my business credit card to charge $6500 for what I think must have been a business class or first class ticket back to the USA. Chase reissued card and confirmed I was not liable, but that my ex-girlfriend would be probably have a felony -- I confirmed I was ok with this.

I know she does not have the money. Now I am doubting myself, but I feel she does need the feedback--she had almost a month to tell me about this.

I told her this is happening, but she does not call me back. Should I file a police report? What will probably happen with her? What happens if I decide to help her pay this?
