Buying a Used Car in Another State - Which State's Laws Govern the Sale

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: CT

I know the laws in my home state, as they pertain to the sale of a used vehicle from a licensed dealer.

If I buy a car in another state, but register it in my home state using my address, is it the laws of the other state which govern the sale?
