My question involves real estate located in the State of: California
My neighbor has cut down 13 trees on my sons property they have A 15 foot ingress and egress only easement the trees were not any where near the easement they removed them to increase their views we told them and sent them a certified letter but they cut more trees how do we proceed to make them stop we filed a complaint with the county over other issues and mentioned the trees but I don’t think that the county will do anything about trees county code enforcement has the complaint do we need to sue them?
