Hi, I passed photo enforcement intersection,when I left my side light was green,I just passed the line the light turned yellow,its a very wide intersection..when driving towards the middle the camera flashed at me,but I saw the light was still yellow when it flashed,then I passed the light I had no idea.I was wondering:
1. if I'm going to get ticketed since the camera did flash at me???
2. if I can just appeal via mail instead of going to court?
3. if I have to go to court,will the court ask for insurance proof ? Because my car was just out of mechanic shop and I barely drive now, though I have it now, I had no insurance on the incident date still. Please advise, thank you!
