Tenant Refusing Entry to Fix Furnace

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Colorado
I have a rental home in Colorado. The furnace has gone out. I set an appointment for today for the service company to have it fixed upon my tenants request. When I told him I will be there he quickly cancelled the appointment. He is now requesting repairs done 10 days from now. It is below freezing and I am worried about frozen and broken pipes that may cause flooding. The lease agreement does not state that I have to give any written notice for repairs and home inspection. Will he be liable for any damages that may occur due to his denial of heating company or I entering the home for repairs?
