Surveys: Survey Erroneously Indicated Subject Property Was Not in a Flood Zone; Recourse

My question involves real estate located in the State of: North Carolina. In January 2017, I purchased a single family investment property. During the due diligence period, I paid for a survey. On the survey, the surveyor indicated that "this property is not in a flood hazard area". The deal closed. 10 months later, I received a notification from the county indicating that the property is located in a flood zone encouraging me to purchase flood insurance. After some additional research, I confirmed that the property is in an AE zone and has been for the last 11 years (I confirmed that there haven't been any material changes to the maps).

Obviously this is a critical error on my part (should have done more due diligence myself). However, do I have any recourse against survey company?

Thank you.
