My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CALIFORNIA; BAY AREA

Hello, received a speeding ticket in Fremont. I plan to do the Trial by Written Declaration, and if that doesn't work out, the Trial de Novo. I work in Oakland, and was wondering for the trial, can I get it moved to Oakland? Is there paper work I need to fill out?
