My mother and I purchased a home in 2005 we have a tenant in common with the right to survivorship deed. My mother passed away in 2014 and she made my brother executor of her will. The mortgage was in my mothers' name only, so my brother has control of the mortgage because it is part of her estate. There is a sister that also lives in the home with her son. Brother is verbally abusive and threatening to sister and nephew. which one of us has control of the property the deed holder or the mortgage holder. if more information is needed I can provide just ask the questions and I will answer.
