Premises Liability: Received a Slip and Fall Letter from an Attorney Via Certified Mail

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: PA

I own a business and received a certified letter yesterday stating that our business was negligent on an accident that occurred in August. And to forward our insurance within 30 days or I will be sued personally for the slip and fall. I suppose the attorneys client claimed an injury. So I called the law firm to find out what this accident was for. Was told for a slip and fall and to forward our insurance information immediately. Wanted more details but vague response. Responded back that we will seek legal advice from our lawyer. My question is should I seek an attorney to handle this or should I contact our insurance company first before I forward the information of our insurance to the attorney claiming slip and fall for their client? I have never witnessed or seen this "person" who is claiming this slip and fall. No prior talk or complaints . This seems like a scammer but seeking all options. Thanks.
