My question involves a child custody case from the State of: OH
I am sole custody of child lives in CA and dad in OH. As per shared parenting plan father to travel CA on his own expenses take the child to OH in December 2 weeks and in summer for one month. As child can't travel alone due to his autism disorder and father has to travel back to CA to return with me. He never exercised in last few years. Can I file a motion in contempt of court order for not following agreed shared parenting plan?
