My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Utah. My divorce decree states that my ex husband & I both have joint legal & joint physical custody. It says that I am the custodial parent, but only for determing whose holiday it is in the holiday parent time schedule. Therefore, there is no tiebreaker vote between us. We are always supposed to go to a mediator for issues we don't agree on. Can I do something to get my actual custodial rights?
