My question involves marriage law for the State of: California. My ex wife remarried before our divorce was finished then changed her information and moved. A child support case was started in Shasta county. I filed for divorce in Santa Clara County. After some extensive searching I found her and her new husband in Idaho. 2 questions; was she allowed to take my children without my permission? And is her new marriage valid?
