My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: california. Can rehab company offer an open position to you then say they can't hire you because your license is on probation needing supervision, even if someone is willing to supervise you? What if they sent you email stating welcome and salary to pay you by recruiter then retract later because person in charge say no because of your license.
