Guardianship: Guardianship when Moving from One State to Another

My question involves a person located in the state of: NY.

We recently moved from Maryland State to New York state with my disabled child (over the age of 18)

We have the Maryland Guardianship papers. Both MD and NY are signatories to the UAGPPJA.

So, what are the extra steps to take so that Guardianship is moved to NY.
