Filing a Complaint: Is It Feasible to Sue Executor for Attorney Fees

My question involves court procedures for the state of: New Jersey

Executor of estate was removed by court order. Also by court order Plaintiffs attorney fees were to be paid by estate. As a beneficiary is it feasible to sue the former Executor for the attorney fees? I was also a plaintiff but did not pay any attorney fees. I would be willing to reduce the claim to get it through small claims court.
