My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Colorado. I got my 2nd DUI in May 2016. I was convicted in September 2016. I have an interlock system and have a restricted interlock only license. Today I received a 4 point speeding ticket, which can be reduced to 2 points if I pay within 20 days. I was not sure how many points I had on my license so I requested my driver record and it appears that I have 0 points. I am unclear if this speeding ticket will suspend my license or how many points I have on my license right now. I don't know if I should pay the ticket or go to court. The officer said I should go to court in hopes they dismiss my ticket with a fine or Alive at 25 classes. I'm unclear on what to do, thanks.
