Determination of Fault: Rear-Ended While Idling a Car on a Highway Shoulder

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Texas

This is my first ever accident, I did not know what to do.

I was idling in my car on the outside of a highway, when the other party rear ended me out of nowhere. We pulled over to a parking lot. I asked her how did she think this happened, and she admitted that it's all her fault and it was a freak accident.

We exchanged insurance and I took the photos. (I have records of when, where and how the incident happened.) We did not exchange pics of our driver licences because I simply forgot. I called her insurance immediately to file a claim, saying she admitted that it's her fault, and answered questions that the rep asked me on the phone; while I hear her talking to an unknown person about the incident. Then we asked each other if we are OK from the accident, shook hands and left.

The next morning, a rep from her insurance told me that it is confirmed that the fault was on them and they are 100% responsible for the repairs. The rep said he is still trying to contact her.

It has been 10 days now, and I have not heard from the rep nor the other party. I tried calling the rep again and again, and the same to her. Both the rep and her phone simply directed me to their voicemails.

I want my car to be fixed as soon as possible and I need help. My car is more and more dangerous to drive in. I will gladly provide more details as soon as comments roll in.
