My question involves a child custody case from the State of: KY however i moved to fl
I currently live in Fl i just received a court paperwork dated dec 2015 stated that i have joint custody of my two boys in which i have not seen in two years due to the father taking off with them i do not know where they are living at. I would like to see my children. but i have another issues going on with this. i have been informed that due to the fact i was married at the time he should not be on the birth cert at all it was either my husband name or my maiden name so i need to know what i should do on that issue along with getting the right to see my kids.
