My question involves a marriage in the state of: OH
We divorced 10 years ago and child turns 18 years in next year. Mom wanted to extend child support beyond 18 years as my son didn't complete his high school graduation. We didn't have any agreement on college education in Divorce decree. Mom wanted to include college expenses too in modified order to be shared between the parents now. Can court in OHIO would issue an order to pay college expenses if the parents didn't come to an agreement on it.
