Business Ownership: Partner Issues

My question involves business law in the state of: Kansas.

My partner has been causing issues with my employees. He has made sexual comments, displayed sexual images on his phone and even had conversations with an employee about her relations with her significant other. We are a 50 /50 llc and I need him gone.

He is not on anything other than the operating agreement. The banks in my name, leases, licenses, etc. Everything.

So I am wanting to cut him or buy him out for the liability to go away. My question, if he doesn't agree to the terms, what ramifications would I have if I just cut him out. Keep in mind, I have testimony from my employees about his actions and comments.

I know he could sue me, but he likely couldn't afford an attorney.

Any help would be appreciated.
