My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I appealed my conviction for a 22350 charge and won. I expect they will return my bail money but I also paid them the "service fee" for taking traffic school.
Do I have a right to get that refunded too? The appeals decision doesn't expressly order refund of monies paid only that the judgement is reversed
