My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
My paperwork says CS will end at age 18 or graduation from high school, whichever comes last. For my case, that is graduation.
She graduates in June 2018. Will child support garnishment end automatically, or do I need to file some paperwork? Do I need to retain a lawyer?
I have read that I can request the Child Support Review Process (CSRP), but my experience in the past with these people has been unsatisfactory, and I'm doubtful if they will help me. If I do request CSRP, how far in advance should I do it?
