My question involves criminal records for the state of: South Carolina
When I was 20 years old I got arrested for a misdemeanor. Long story short since it was my first offense I did pretrial intervention and got it expunged a few months ago. Since I did community service as apart of my pti program is my record still public and can show up on background checks?
