My question involves defamation in the state of: Pennslyvania
I found out that my ex gf's newborn baby is not my biological son, she's been using me and I uprooted my entire life for what I thought was going to be my new family for nothing.
I want to create a search engine optimized website along the lines of "donothirejanedoe.com" with my story indicating that she is a drug user, a liar, a thief, and cannot be trusted with anything she says or does, complete with a photograph of her I took in public many months ago.
My hope would be that potential employers would Google her and read the website to get a full account of the kind of person she is.
Could she take me to court to force me to take the website down and could I be charged with any crimes, even if everything I post on the website is 100% true?
